Stuffed Veal Fin Recipe

1 To make our meat roll, we start by preparing the stuffing ingredients. To do this, clean the spinach and cook for 5 minutes in salted water. Then we drain them well and sauté with a little oil.
We also make boiled eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes, we pass them through cold water, peel them and reserve.
2 Next, we assemble the beef fin. Then, spread the piece of meat, season, cover with slices of ham, spread the spinach on top, place the cooked eggs in the center and roll up. We tie tightly with kitchen thread, as seen in the image.
On the other hand, we put a little oil in a casserole and brown the meat roll. We pass it to the pot where we are going to cook and in the same pan fry the peeled and chopped onion.
Once fried, we incorporate it into the pot, together with the wine and the broth or water. Let simmer for about 2 hours, stirring the meat occasionally.
Remember that to make this recipe for veal fin you can use vegetable broth or beef broth instead of water, this will intensify a bit the flavor of the sauce.
Trick: If you want to cook in a fast pot we put half of the liquid and cook for 30 minutes.
3 When the stuffed veal fin is cooked, we pass the sauce through the Chinese or the blender. We untie the meat with care and cut into slices with a sharp knife.
